| Customer service exception handling process: |
1. The following situations are immediately handled as abnormal transactions:
1. Equipment failures that cannot be resolved by the second on-site service of the after sales department;
2. Where the production department installs and commissions the equipment, it can not reach the customer's satisfaction within three days.
2. In case of abnormal affairs, the relevant departments must submit a report to the general manager's office on the same day and hold relevant working meetings within one day.
3. The meeting is chaired by the General Manager's Office, the relevant leaders of the Engineering Department and the Production Department, and the after-sales or installation staff will attend together.
4. For the discussion methods after the meeting, the candidates decided by the meeting will be specially responsible and handled by the General Manager's Office.
