Noise-Causes of formation: serious bearing wear, bending of the shaft, deformation or displacement of the impeller shaft, loose fasteners, wear of the motor (carbon brush, rotor, bearings, etc.), loose or damaged fan blades, etc.
Motor overheating-causes of formation: continuous working time is too long, excessive sparks caused by wear of brushes and commutators, too much dust on the dust filter, dust in the dust collection room, etc.
Suction drop-causes: motor failure, brush wear, dust filter dampness, dust room full, clogged hoses and suction or exhaust ports, leaking pipes, poor interface seals, etc.
Fuse (tube) connection is blown-Causes: short circuit of power cord, plug, socket, short circuit of motor coil, short circuit of internal wiring of vacuum cleaner.
