The larger particles of soot and dust sink into the ash collecting bucket under the effect of gravity, while the small particles of floating dust are suspended inside the purification chamber by the filter cartridge under the action of the vortex generated by suction. After the small particles of dust adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter cartridge are collected and combined, they will fall and sink into the ash collecting hopper under the effect of gravity, and the cleaned airflow inside the workshop will be discharged to the workers in a healthy working environment.
Large particles are separated in the pre-filter, the airflow is introduced into the particle filter (separation efficiency ≥ 99%), and extremely fine exhaust gas and dust are separated. It can be used for filtration and purification in welding fume, polishing dust removal, and other chemical production processes.
