What are the solutions to the causes of industrial dust collector failure?
1. Noise-Causes of formation: industrial dust collector bearings are worn seriously, the shaft is bent, the impeller shaft is deformed or displaced, loose fasteners, motor wear (carbon brushes, rotors, bearings, etc.), fan leaves are loose or damaged, etc.
Motor overheating-causes of formation: continuous working time is too long, excessive sparks caused by wear of brushes and commutators, too much dust on the dust filter, and dust in the dust collection room.
2. Decreased suction-causes: motor failure, brush wear, dust filter dampness, dust room full of dust, clogged hoses and suction or exhaust ports, leaking pipes, poor interface seals, etc.
3. Fuse (pipe) connection is blown-Causes: short circuit of power cord, plug, socket, short circuit of motor coil, short circuit of internal wiring of vacuum cleaner.
4. Chassis is charged-the reason for formation: The industrial dust collector power line is aging, so it leaks to the ground, and the internal circuit of the vacuum cleaner contacts the chassis.
