What are the principles and methods of selecting industrial dust removal equipment?
1. Clear use
First, find out the use of industrial dust collectors , whether it is used for dust removal and purification, or for material recovery. For dust removal and purification, it is necessary to consider the dust removal efficiency as high as possible under the premise of economic accounting; if it is used for material recovery, a dry dust collector must be used, and a wet dust collector must not be used. Such as flour, cement and so on.
2.Familiar with the performance indicators of various industrial dust collectors
Use clearly, understand the local emission standards, and at the same time choose appropriate dust collectors based on the actual use of the unit (such as technical strength, economic conditions, etc.).
3.Select according to the nature of the treated dust
Dust density (or specific gravity), hydrophilicity, viscosity, electrical properties, particle size, etc. directly affect the choice of dust collector. For example, mineral dust, cyclone or gravity sedimentation chamber can be used to remove dust with larger density. Wet method is not suitable for carbon black with poor hydrophilicity, and electric dust removal can be used for those with small particle diameter.
4.Select according to the characteristics of dusty gas
Dust gas concentration, humidity, temperature, etc. are issues that must be considered when selecting a dust collector. When the industrial dust collector has high dust concentration, if you choose to use electric dust collector and rear bag dust collector, you must set up pretreatment purification equipment to reduce the dust concentration in front of the electric dust collector or bag dust collector to increase the bag filter wind speed. You can consider using an electrostatic precipitator or a granular layer precipitator.
5. The choice of industrial dust collector should be based on China's national conditions, but also based on the actual conditions of the factory (economic conditions, technical strength), and comprehensive consideration of production needs, and finally determine a suitable dust collector.
