High-voltage power supply for kitchen soot processing equipment is a key component of this type of soot purification equipment, and some production plants use outsourced power. In the application, there is a phenomenon that the power supply is burned due to the mismatch of the power supply model, and there is also a phenomenon that the power supply is burnt out due to the quality of the power supply itself. Investigation shows that as long as the power supply is properly matched, regular equipment maintenance and timely cleaning of the oil pollution on the plates can ensure the normal operation and purification efficiency of the oil fume purification equipment. From the perspective of application, electrostatic oil fume purification technology needs to develop and improve the automatic control functions of equipment operation, with emphasis on automatic (or semi-automatic) cleaning and alarm functions.
When the kitchen oil fume treatment equipment reaches a certain thickness, and the working voltage of the electric field drops to a critical value, an automatic alarm device should be set up to promptly clean up the oil pollution on the plates.
