Exhaust gas treatment equipment has four methods

The simple condensation method often cannot meet the specified separation requirements, so this method is often used as Pretreatment process for purification of high-concentration exhaust gas such as adsorption and combustion.
The other is the combustion method. The combustion method can also be called the thermal oxidation method, which is mainly used for the purification of high-concentration VOCs exhaust gas, which usually requires a combustion promoter or heating, and has a large energy consumption. The operating cost of the exhaust gas treatment equipment is higher than that of the catalytic combustion method. It is more than 10 times higher. Only a few manufacturers have introduced foreign treatment equipment for the treatment of waste gas from the tinmaking and printing industry with higher concentration and temperature treatment. However, due to the large energy consumption and unstable operation, the exhaust gas treatment equipment is difficult to operate normally.
There is also the absorption method. The absorption method can be divided into chemical absorption and physical absorption. Generally, most organic waste gas is not suitable for chemical absorption. The use of absorbents in waste gas treatment equipment should have high affinity with the absorbing components and low volatility. At the same time, it should also have less volatility. After the absorption liquid is saturated, it can be reused after analysis or rectification.
The best one is the catalytic combustion method, which has good safety, small device size, and small floor space; and equipment maintenance and depreciation costs are low. Suitable for high temperature, medium and high concentration organic waste gas treatment, many companies are using this waste gas treatment equipment, and the effect is very good.
