There are generally two types of processing methods for dust removal of the cutting machine by grinding, polishing, and dust removal : one is a wet treatment method, and the other is a dry treatment method. Due to the major disadvantages of wet processing, such as reducing cutting efficiency, causing secondary pollution (water pollution), easy formation of slabs, and unsuitability for cutting aluminum and magnesium plates, the application scope is relatively limited. The dry treatment method is to install a suction work platform at the lower part of the cutting machine, and directly discharge the dust-containing gas through a dust removal pipe to a dust removal device with a spark pre-processor and discharge the gas. Although this treatment method is relatively more expensive than the wet treatment method in the early stage, it overcomes various disadvantages in the use of the wet treatment method, is environmentally friendly, and has good comprehensive benefits at the later stage. It has increasingly become the preferred method for plasma cutting dust treatment. There are two types of dry treatment methods: damper type and blowing type.
A square suction air duct is installed on one side of the cutting platform for grinding, polishing and dust removal . A sliding suction cart is installed above the air duct, and a blower is installed on the other side of the cutting platform. The blower, the cutting head, and the sliding suction trolley are three points and one line, and the grille plate on the cutting platform and the steel plate to be cut are used to form a platform grille air duct. When cutting the steel plate, the blower blows the cutting smoke and dust generated by the blower through the grille duct to the sliding suction cart, is sucked into the suction duct, enters the dust collector, and is discharged after purification.
