Each polishing machine is designed with two dust extraction hoods, which are placed behind the polishing discs to collect dust and exhaust gas generated during the polishing process.
The dust removal pipe of the polishing machine adopts the design of a tapered square pipe. The dust suction port on each dust hood has an air volume regulating valve, which has an even distribution of the air volume to ensure the same air extraction volume at each dust suction port. The pipeline speed: ≥14m / s, to prevent dust from settling in the pipeline. In actual production, it is inevitable that some large particles of dust settle in the pipeline, which needs to be cleaned regularly. When cleaning, open the end of the tapered square pipe, turn on the dust removal fan, and perform automatic cleaning. When automatic cleaning is difficult, you can take off the vacuum. The mouth air volume adjustment valve increases the air volume for automatic cleaning to assist in cleaning or uses compressed gas to assist in cleaning at the end of the tapered square tube.
In the process of polishing, dust removal will inevitably produce sparks. In order to protect the filter bag, a temperature spark monitor is designed in the design of the dust collector. There is an automatic fire extinguishing device. The water source is connected to the fire protection water to control the accident in the bud state.
A settling chamber is designed at the entrance of the dust collector to separate large particles of dust, reduce direct friction of dust on the filter bag, and improve the use time of the filter bag. Settled dust is regularly removed manually.
