First, the installation error (such as the misalignment of the pulse ash cleaning nozzle, the high pressure gas injected by the pulse valve is directly facing a certain point on the inner wall of the dust bag): some are due to the inappropriate selection of filter materials (such as the high temperature of the flue gas and the use of normal temperature Polyester filter material, using untreated glass fiber cloth bag for high-pressure pulse bag type dust collector); some are improperly used (such as the asphalt fume is not directly introduced into the dust collector without dust layer pre-attached and lime powder not added) Wait.
Second, the most common reason for the decline of the dust removal ability of the baghouse industrial dust collector is the failure of the dust removal system of the dust removal equipment, and the dust attached to the bag has not been effectively removed. Usually, the air force of the dust removal system is blown into the filter bag to blow back air. Failure, failed to effectively remove the dust adhered to the cloth bag, the dust caused the filter material filtering gap to be severely blocked, resulting in increased resistance of the dust removal equipment. Generally speaking, the failure of the dust removal system is mainly caused by the quality of the electromagnetic pulse valve. In this case, the cleaning system can be repaired by repairing or replacing the electromagnetic pulse valve.
Second, the filter material selection is not appropriate: when selecting the filter material, we must consider the requirements of the dust removal environment. For example, if it is used in a high-temperature dust-containing gas environment, a high-temperature resistant bag filter material must be selected, otherwise the bag will shrink and deform due to high temperature and may even burn. If the dust has high wettability and strong adhesion, choose a cloth bag with a waterproof membrane filter, otherwise the cloth bag will be stuck by the wet dust, it is difficult to remove dust, and the filtration resistance will increase rapidly. For flammable dust, select a dust-removing dust bag with flame-retardant properties, and use an anti-static dust-removing dust bag for charged dust.
The selection of bag filter materials for industrial dust collectors
