Specific method of direct combustion method of exhaust gas treatment equipment
Direct combustion of exhaust gas treatment equipment is also known as direct flame. Organic waste gas treatment is to directly burn the combustible components in the waste gas as fuel. Therefore, this method is only suitable for purifying waste gas with a high concentration of combustible harmful gases, or for purifying harmful gases with high heating value. Because only the heat released during combustion can compensate the heat dissipated to the environment, the temperature of the combustion zone can be guaranteed and the combustion continued.
In general, the direct combustion method for organic waste gas treatment can use direct combustion of kiln, furnace and other equipment and torch combustion.
For direct combustion using kiln, furnace and other equipment, the general combustion furnace or combustion kiln can be used, or the exhaust gas is introduced into the boiler as fuel gas for combustion through certain exhaust gas treatment equipment. Direct combustion method is not suitable for the treatment of low-concentration exhaust gas.
The torch combustion method is used in petroleum refineries and petrochemical plants. The torch can be used as a safety measure when the gas generating device and reaction tail gas device are shut down and accidents are handled. Process oil, gas, and fuel gases are emitted to the torch for combustion. Here to minimize and prevent torch burning, the specific methods are as follows:
1. Set up low-pressure petroleum gas recovery equipment, and try to recycle the low-pressure gas vented in the system and equipment.
2. In the engineering design and actual production, the production and demand of LPG and high-pressure LPG pipeline networks are stable.
3. Improve the balanced operation level of organic waste gas treatment equipment and waste gas treatment systems and improve the management system.
4. Adopt a torch burner with high combustion efficiency and low energy consumption.
