Bag dust removal
The dust collector is mainly composed of an ash hopper, a filter room, a clean air chamber, a support, a poppet valve, and a spray ash cleaning device. During work, dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air duct. Large particles of dust fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. Smaller dust enters the filter chamber with the airflow turning upwards and is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified flue gas enters the bag and passes through the bag mouth and the clean room. When it enters the wind, it is discharged from the exhaust port.
With the continuous filtration, the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag increases continuously, and the resistance of the equipment rises accordingly. When the resistance of the equipment rises to a certain value, the dust removal operation should be performed to remove the dust and electrostatic dust on the surface of the filter bag.
A method of gas dust removal. Dust-containing gas is electrically separated when passing through a high-voltage electrostatic field. After the negative charge of the dust particles and negative ions is combined, they tend to discharge toward the anode surface and deposit. Operating method The operating pressure of the bag filter is determined by the static pressure value of the device before and after the dust collector and the fan and its installation position, and it is also the design pressure value of the bag filter.
