1. Stop and turn off the power.
2. Connect the compressed air pipe to the compressed air source.
3. Open the control valve. The operation time from opening to closing the control valve is 10 seconds. It is counted as one time. After each operation, the same operation must be repeated after an interval of 30 seconds, and the operation is continued 3 times. (The initial state of the control valve is closed)
4. Open the equipment door, dump the dust in the ash box, put the ash box back in place and close the door.
Note: During the blowback cleaning process, a crisp and powerful blowback sound from the inside of the device can be heard. If the rattling sound is not heard, according to the requirements of this backflushing system for compressed air source, the possible reason is that the displacement of compressed air has not reached the requirements of 0.8m3 / min and 0.6Mpa, and the compressed air source should be checked immediately.
