On the other hand, for higher temperature smoke, direct spray To achieve evaporative cooling, a small amount of water can be used to cool the flue gas. Volume reduction and deceleration are also conducive to dust removal. In the past, textbooks and design manuals said that spray dust removal is only suitable for 50% of the treatment. For dust above m, the dust removal efficiency is only 40- 70%. Practical experience shows that, due to the improvement of spray technology, the spray system can remove 10% of pollutants. Dust above 1 m can approach 100%, and dust above 1 m can also remove 90-95%. For example, the tundish turning and steel slag spray dust removal treatment actually achieves a high dust removal efficiency of 90-95%.
There are three methods of dust removal, so from the perspective of emission reduction, energy saving and cost reduction, before considering the third option: ventilation dust removal, it is necessary to consider unpowered dust removal and direct spray dust removal. Because as long as ventilation dust removal is selected, There must be a fan and a dust collector with high energy consumption, so it is difficult to save energy and reduce consumption.
