(1) Resistance control of dust collector
The resistance of the vacuum cleaner is divided into two parts. The device has a design resistance of 1200 pa.
One part is the inherent resistance (Ie original resistance), which is caused by the various flue gas circulation channels of the device.
Whether the inlet and exhaust methods of the dust collector and the flue gas flow of each part of the air intake duct are properly selected; the air inlet of the dust collector is uniform; whether the design of the diversion system is reasonable; Whether the space for dust flow stabilization is sufficient; the diameter of the filter bag and the distance between the filter bags determine the rationality of the smoke lifting speed between the filter bags: a reasonable choice of the outlet pipe wind speed will affect the inherent resistance of the dust collector.
Judging from the 10t and 20t boiler bag filter designed and produced by our company in the past, the original resistance of the equipment is about 350 pa.
The second part is equipment resistance. Cycle value caused by the thickness of the ash coating formed on the surface of the filter bag during the operation of the dust collector during the resistance of the equipment. Usually, we set the upper limit of this value to 1000-1200 pa. When the device reaches this resistance value, the system starts to clear the dust, so that the resistance of the device returns to the original resistance and enters the next cycle. The length of this cycle depends on the concentration of dust in the flue gas, the type and specifications of the filter material, etc.

(2) Anti-stick bag measures
In addition to the structural design of the vacuum cleaner, the paste bag is one of the main reasons for the increase in the resistance of the vacuum cleaner. The main reason for sticking the bag is that the water or oil adheres to the powder layer of the filter bag. To avoid bagging, after the pre-spraying of the dust collector at the beginning of operation, the dust collector PLC will control the dust collector to run before the smoke passes through the water mist point. Bypass. Ignition furnace runs oil bypass; when the flue gas temperature is too low and oil is thrown during operation, open the bypass; when a large number of boiler tubes burst, open the bypass channel. After the dust collector is turned off, the dust should be completely removed. The above measures effectively prevent the occurrence of bagging.
(3) Bypass system
The bypass system is an important measure to ensure the safety of the boiler bag filter. Alarms can be sent in time through the control system.
Abnormal flue gas temperature: Install a temperature detection device on the inlet pipe of the dust collector. With the help of the flue gas temperature lower or higher than the device monitoring set value, the PLC automatically opens the bypass to prevent low-temperature condensation from blocking the filter bag or High temperature flue gas incineration filter bag.
Boiler tube explosion: If the amount of tube explosion is small, a small amount of water has little effect on a large amount of high-temperature flue gas, the original gray layer on the surface of the filter bag can be wrapped, and it has little effect on the bag filter. If the number of bursts is large, the water volume and pressure change greatly, the rapid change of the boiler system parameters will inevitably cause the system to respond accordingly, and at the same time provide the corresponding signal to the dust removal system, the boiler will also take corresponding protective measures in accordance with the boiler operation regulations: When the dust collector PLC receives the boiler tube burst signal, the PLC will control the bypass system to open; in addition, the boiler tube burst will cause the flue gas temperature to rise. At this time, the temperature detection device installed in the intake manifold will also play a role Open the role of the bypass system. When the boiler bursts, double protection will ensure the safety of the dust collector.
(4) Filter bag leak detector
Boiler dust collector field work diagram is an important part of the bag dust collector protection system. The filter bag leak detection device is essential in the operation of the dust collector. With the help of the filter bag leak detection device, the vacuum cleaner can monitor the cabin pressure and check the filter at any time. Bag damage. Once the filter bag is damaged, it will immediately report to the maintenance staff to ensure the normal operation of the dust collector.
a. In order to adapt to the national conditions, reduce costs, and ensure the use of vacuum cleaners, we have specially designed the leak detection device of vacuum cleaners, and have been applied in previous projects, and achieved relatively satisfactory results.
b. The filter bag leak detection device of the vacuum cleaner is mainly composed of a differential pressure meter (one per box) and a differential pressure transmitter. Generally speaking, a good indicator of dust collector performance is the pressure drop of the dust removal system. In particular, the pressure drop in a single filter chamber of a vacuum cleaner is a good indication of the condition of the filter bag. A sudden increase or decrease in pressure drop means that the filter bag is clogged, leaking, the valve is not working, the cleaning system is malfunctioning, or the ash bucket has accumulated dust many.
A low pressure drop indicates a system leak (damaged filter bag).
There are many reasons for the excessively high pressure drop: filter blockage, failure of the ash cleaning system, failure of the inlet and exhaust valves, excessive ash accumulation in the ash bucket, and blockage of the pressure gauge pipe.
After the PLC obtains the abnormal signal from the differential pressure transmitter, it closes the fault room and displays it on the main control room. At the same time, it issues an audible and visual alarm.
(5) Online detection (monitoring) equipment
In order to better protect the dust collector and realize the online detection and monitoring of the dust collector, we have configured a series of online detection equipment for the dust removal system.
Temperature sensor: It is used for on-line monitoring of flue gas temperature. When the indicator exceeds the set value, it will alarm and start the dust collector protection device through PLC control;
Differential pressure meter and transmitter: PLC controls the work of the dust collector dust removal system. Through the cycle time of the working resistance of the equipment and the total pressure difference of the dust collector after each dust removal, the dust removal effect and service life of the filter material are analyzed.
Material level meter: The high material level instrument set on the dust hopper of the dust collector shows the ash storage situation in the ash hopper, and the PLC guides the work of the ash unloading system and ash conveying system.
