2. Dust particle charging process: When the electrostatic bag filter is working, the ions or electrons generated in the corona area enter the corona area and collide with neutral molecules to charge the dust particles. The size of the charge is related to the particle size of the dust particles, the strength of the electric field, the thermal energy of the ions, and the residence time. Generally, we think that there are two mechanisms for the charging of dust particles: electric field charging and diffusion charging. Collision and adhesion to the dust particles to be charged. The latter is due to the irregular thermal movement of ions and the collision and adhesion of gas diffusion and dust particles, which cause the dust particles to be charged.
3. Dust collection process: After the dust is charged, it moves to the opposite polarity electrode under the action of the electric field and accumulates on the electrode surface. Filtering principle: Dust-containing gas enters through the air inlet. When passing through the ash hopper, some large particles of dust in the gas are separated by inertial force and gravity and fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. The gas passes through the filter bag, and the dust is blocked on the surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag mouth, and then is discharged from the air outlet.
Dust removal principle: With the extension of the filtration time, the dust layer on the filter bag will continue to accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment will continue to increase. When the resistance of the equipment rises to the set value, the dust removal device will stop at the beginning of dust removal. First close the auxiliary chamber lift valve, cut off the filtered airflow, and then open the electromagnetic pulse valve. Compressed air quickly shrinks in the upper case at a very fast speed, injected into the filter bag, and causes the filter bag to shrink and deform to generate vibration.
